Cancellation Policy
At Studio №164, we require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the booked service. Guests who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
